Standard support coverage hours are: Monday - Friday, 9 am. to 5 pm. (EST). Standard service provides telephone, e-mail, remote support or on-site services and equipment repair, within an average of  24 hours.

Premium Support

 

Premium  support enhances our standard support with options such as: after hours service  and support, service agreements, and priority service requests. While we do our best to be available, you may need service after normal business hours. If you are unable to contact us directly at our main  number, please use voice mail or E-mail (internet) to contact our team of technical specialists.

Remote support gives our staff instant and secure access to your site. With a variety of communication devices and software we are able  to provide support without visiting your location. This type of support reduces your cost and improves response times.
